The Vietnam Nation-Wide Institute on Gender, Sexuality and Sexual Health (VNIGSS for short) has been implementing since 2008 with the goal of helping junior and mid-career Vietnamese professionals who are working in the field of gender, sexuality and sexual health to have the critical thinking about the issues relating to pleasure and rights in sexual relationship and sexuality. From that, participants could improve their own life and enhance the quality of sexual and reproductive health, rights, gender equality and HIV/AIDS prevention programs which they participate.
The 1st VNIGSS (2008, organized in Hanoi) and the 2nd VNIGSS (2009, in Ho Chi Minh city) were highly appreciated by participants. Following the success of these two courses, in 2010, the 3rd VNIGSS will be organized:
