On the occasion of International Women Day 2023, the Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam is pleased to inform that a Call for Proposals to award Grants to Non-State-Actors (NSAs) has been published. The objective of the call is to increase participation of women and girls in all their diversity in and improved access to decent jobs and entrepreneurship opportunities in the green economy and the circular economy. The deadline for the submission of Concept Notes is 26 April 2023 at 12:00 Brussels time (18:00 Vietnam time).
Preparation: To help applicants familiarise themselves with the system before the online submission, an information session will be organised on 23 March 2023 at 9:00, Grand Vista Hotel, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
Should you be interested in this session, please send an email by 17 March 2023 to [email protected] [2], indicating: name, surname, nationality and email address of the persons who are going to participate as well as their organisation (max. two participants per organisation). No costs incurred by the applicants for attending this information session are reimbursable.
The concept note, full application and supporting documents must be submitted online via PROSPECT https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/europeaid/prospect [3] following the instructions given in the PROSPECT user manual.
Please note that all questions and answers as well as other important notices to applicants during the course of the evaluation procedure will be published on the International Partnerships’ website [4].
Questions may be sent by e-mail no later than 21 days before the deadline for the submission of concept notes to the email address [email protected] [2], indicating clearly the reference of the call for proposals.
