CECEM is pleased to announce it will be organizing training courses in August 2009 as follows:
1. Project Monitoring and Evaluation (3-8/8/2009)
This course is designed for project managers, project officers and counterparts who are responsible for project management and implementation.
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to develop a participatory monitoring and evaluation system and coordinate project monitoring and implementation effectively, ensuring the achievement of project goals and objectives.
Training period: 6 days ( 3 - 8 August 2009)

2. Supervisory Management Skills ( 17- 21/8/2009)
This course is designed for those who are in leadership and/or management position.
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to improve and/or change their supervisory style and skills, which will contribute to improve work effectiveness.
Training period: 5 days ( 17 - 21 August 2009)

3. Partnership Development (24-27/8/2009)
This course is designed for those are project managers, project/programme officers, project/program assistant and counterparts who are responsible for project management and implementation.
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to develop of improve partnership with project counterparts, which will contribute to improve project effectiveness and impacts
Training period: 4 days ( 24 - 27 August 2009)
