Trainee

Australian Education International (AEI) works to develop and support the Australian international education and training industry and the internationalisation of education, science and training through a wide range of activities, products and services. AEI Vietnam has two offices in the Australian Embassy, Hanoi and the Consulate-General, HCMC.

At the moment, AEI Vietnam is looking for potential candidates for a trainee position for 3 months working at AEI Hanoi, the Australian Embassy. The traineeship program includes the following tasks

1. Help with administrative, secretarial work
2. Support Northern Business Development Manager to maintain the AEC and help provide information about study in Australia to interested individuals and organisations
3. Greet guests and arrange meetings and travel

The potential candidates should
1. Be a fresh university or college graduate
2. Speak and write English well
3. Be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Access well
4. Possess good communication and administrative skills and be hard working, good at attention to detail, and willing to learn new skills and tasks.

The successful candidate will be trained by AEI to carry out the requested tasks. This is a good opportunity for young people to learn essential office and administrative skills for future employment. Interested people are requested to submit the following documents.

1. CV (resume) in English and one 4x6 photo
2. A letter in English of approximately one A4 page showing how the applicant can carry out the three tasks of the traineeship program or the potential to do so.
3. Copies of certificates, degrees (no need for public notarisation)
