International Consultants or International Consulting Firms/Institutions Opportunity

UNDP Vietnam requests for proposal from international individual consultants or international consulting firms/institutions to provide service as Trainer for Training Workshop on “Effective Selection and Interviewing Skills”

As a capacity development activity, UNDP Viet Nam commits to strengthen its staff members’ capacity in many areas, including interviewing skills. In line with that, the Office has decided to conduct a training workshop on "Effective Selection and Interviewing Skills" for staff of both Programme and Operations to enhance their skills to perform good functions of the interviewer (s).

This consultancy will involve the design and facilitation of the training for UNDP Viet Nam staff with the purpose to equipping them with the knowledge and skills on interviewing and selection skills and techniques. At the end of the programme, all participants would not only be able to improve specific skills, but also well understand the connections between the different skills areas and their linkage to requirement of the job. The participants also have opportunity to practise interview skills.
