DISPOSAL OF OFFICE ASSET
SNV Vietnam is disposing some office equipment and furniture with details in the attachment. All these items are available in SNV Hanoi Office located at 3rd Floor, Building D, La Thanh Hotel, 226 Van Phuc, Ba Dinh, Hanoi. Each bidder can bid a separate price for each item..
Bidding method: Open bidding. The winners will be responsible for all moving and uninstallation cost.
The bidding form can be found in the attachment and sent to Bui Thi Phuong Thao - SNV Office, 3rd Floor, Building D, La Thanh Hotel, 226 Van Phuc, Ba Dinh, Hanoi. The result will be informed by email after closed bid opening
Minimum bid: 200,000 VND (two hundred thousand dong) per item.
Bid closing time: 16h30 on March 15, 2022.
If the highest bidder does not come to SNV office to complete the procedures within 03 days after notification, SNV has the right to cancel the notice of winning bid and notify the next highest bidder.
This is a closed bidding, so only bidding in sealed envelopes are accepted.
Viewing and inspection of the items can be arranged by contacting Thao or Hai IT during working hours.
