Programmes and Scholarships

The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKY School), is part of the National University of Singapore, which is ranked first in Asia and 12th worldwide (QS University Rankings 2015). With a noble mission to educate and inspire current and future generations of leaders to raise the standards of governance in Asia, improve the lives of its people and contribute to the transformation of the region, the LKY School has become one of the best known and widely respected schools of public policy in Asia and the world.

LKY School is accepting applications from bright and qualified Vietnamese nationals to the following three (3) English-language Master’s degree programmes:

  • 2 year Master in Public Policy (MPP): Suitable for officials and professionals with up to five years of work experience.
  • 1 year Master in Public Administration (MPA): Suitable for mid-career professionals with at least five years of work experience, aspiring for more senior positions and are meant to enhance the leadership capabilities in organisations.
  • 1 year Master in Public Management (MPM): Suitable for high-level officials and senior professionals with over 10 years of work experience.

Places in the programmes and scholarships are offered on a competitive basis. Please note that the application deadline is 31 December 2015 for the academic year commencing August 2016.
