Good Neighbors is an international, non-profit humanitarian organization that plans, implements and raises funds for the provision of services in child education, community development, health, sanitation, and disaster relief projects. Currently Good Neighbors has been operating in 30 countries, supporting approximately 16.8 million people, including 9.6 million children.

Pact is seeking a national consultant to develop the two following topics for in-depth business material which will be developed in an application of mobile phone:

1.      Development of a business plan
2.      Suggestions on reducing cost and increasing profit

Hanoi Association of People with disabilities (DP Hanoi) is a social organization of persons with disabilities in Hanoi city. DP Hanoi’s operation is to encourage, assist and facilitate persons with disabilities to strive for their independent lives and to become useful for their families and communities; to raise the awareness of persons with disabilities and communities on persons with disabilities and to facilitate equal social participation by the disabled people.

Rural Development Division (under DARD - Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in Cao Bang province) is implementing a project called “Improving the cooperation in providing agriculture services and effectiveness of production support policies in poverty reduction programs in Cao Bang” (the project is funded in the framework of Technical Assistance VIE/036 – Wise Use of Water and Agriculture from Lux Development to Cao Bang Department of Agriculture and Rural Development).

One component of the project is establishing an effective Result based M&E system for agriculture services in Cao Bang.
