Expert to Conduct an Evaluation on Its HIV/AIDS Program

MdM is seeking an expert to conduct an evaluation on its HIV/AIDS program currently being implemented in 3 outpatient clinics in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The evaluation is to obtain critical assessment of the overall performance of the medical care and treatment and social components over the last 18 months (Oct 2008-Mar 2010) on which basis improvements for future program planning, designing and management are drawn. 

The evaluation is expected to commence in May and is expected to take up to 35 working days. For more details, pls. refer to the file attached.

Hygiene & Sanitation Program Coordinator

Background:
Glocal Ventures, Inc. (GVI) is a US-based INGO that has been working in Vietnam since 2007. GVI’s primary mission is to mobilize short-term volunteers to participate in humanitarian and development projects in Hanoi and Lao Cai province.
