NOTICE TO CHANGE METHOD OF RECEIVING BIDDING DOCUMENTS

To whom it may concern,

Based on the tender notice of the Ref 26.20: Supply box trucks for waste collection in Tan An city, Long An province which was published on NGO website dated 18 March 2020 (details in this link);

Due to the spreading of Covid-19, express mail service might be delayed, therefore WWF-Vietnam would like to notify you of the change of receiving bidding documents' method. Details as below:

Submission methods indicated in the tender notice dated 18 March 2020:

1.    Via post/express mail or by hand to WWF-Vietnam, No. 6 Lane 18, Nguyen Co Thach Street, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi, Vietnam
2.    OR via email:                     [email protected]

NOW interested bidders are required to submit bidding documents via email to our designated mailbox: [email protected].

Bidders must ensure that their bidding documents reach the designated mailbox mentioned above in their entirety by 3:00PM, 24 March 2020. No additions or modifications to submitted proposals will be accepted after the bid submission deadline. Please kindly note that each email submission may not exceed 25MB in size.

Other contents of the tender notice dated 18 March 2020 remain unchanged.
