NATURE OF WORK: The Full Time Administrative Intern will perform a supportive role in covering administrative needs of the office.
Report directly to: Admin/Finance Officer, Vietnam
MAJOR TASKS AND ACTIVITIES: 1. Assist Admin/Finance Officer in the following tasks: - Meet and greet guests to the office and answer telephone calls; - Make logistic arrangements for lodging, transpiration, workshops/conferences, and for other project and operational activities of the office; - Ensure efficient filing, tracking and storing system of documents; - Purchase and maintain office equipment and supplies with appropriate services and venders. Research and identify completive suppliers for project related equipment and supplies;
