Vietnamese - English translation of two technical reports.

I. Background:
In 2022-2023, WCS is collaborating with Vietnamese partners to develop two technical reports related to wildlife themes, including:
Report “Assessing the awareness and capacity of financial intelligence units (FIU), commercial banks and other financial service providers to detect and prevent financial risks associated with illegal wildlife trade in Viet Nam” (hereinafter referred to as “Report 1”).
Report “Situational Analysis on Wildlife Crime and Law Enforcement Response in Viet Nam in the period of 2020-2021” (hereinafter referred to as “Report 2”).
Therefore, we are seeking consultant service(s) to be Vietnamese – English translator(s) for the two reports.

Translate two technical reports from Vietnamese to English including:
About 90 pages of Report 1 in Word format, with several charts and tables
About 80 pages of Report 2 in Word format, with several charts and tables
Qualified translated versions with the same format as original documents in English.

Payment will be made 01 time within 15 days upon approval by WCS on completed service
III. Requirements (selection criteria):
University and/or advanced degree(s) in English language/English translation
An excellent command in English and Vietnamese languages, especially English – Vietnamese _English translation.
Have translation experience in law, criminal procedures, finance, money laundering and wildlife trafficking
It is preferred for those who used to provide similar translation service on these topics for WCS and the quality is rated meeting requirements
