Techncial Advisor (Consultant) to implement the EU funded Project on
Development of Solar Energy in Danang

The Danang energy conservation and technology consultant center (DECC)- Department of Science and Technology has currently implementing the Project on Development of Solar energy in Danang (DSED) funded by the European Union (EU) with main objectives of increasing accessibility to cleanenergy on sustainable basis. To support implementation of project activities to achieve expected outputs, the Project Management Unit of DSED project is seeking a position of Technical Advisor (Consultant) with main information as following:

1. Main requirements of experience and qualifications:

• Minimum of University degree in the fields of power system, energy management, renewable energy, engineering and related fields.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the energy field including specialized experience in renewable energy, particular solar energy related to policy development and technical assistance to implement project activities.
• Good capacities for strategic thinking, planning and extensive knowledge and understanding on policy of energy sector in general and renewable energy in particular;
• Experience in implementing technical assistance (TA) activities and providing technical inputs to ensure highest outputs related to project activities on solar energy;
• Experienced in working for international organizations and ODA project shall be preferred;
• Ability in analysis, synthesis, report-writing and presentation;
• Proficiency in English and good computer skills.
