AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF), based in Los Angeles, California, is the largest community-based provider of HIV/AIDS care and treatment in the United States. AHF provides and shares its expertise in health care systems and management of HIV/AIDS programs in resource poor settings globally. It has its presence in Asia Pacific, Latin America/Caribbean, Eastern Europe and Africa. AHF Asia Pacific Bureau Secretariat is located and based in New Delhi, India, which currently provides support to the HIV/AIDS treatment and management programs in India, China, Cambodia, Thailand, Nepal, Myanmar, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Oxfam GB is recruiting a qualified candidate for a Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (PMEL) Specialist. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity where you will provide leadership of the planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning (PMEL) of the Gender Transformative and Responsible Agribusiness in South East Asia (GRAISEA) programme – a large three-year project with activities in 6 countries and in the SE Asia region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the integrated deworming, sanitation, and hygiene program, East Meets West Foundation is seeking a survey agency to carry out monitoring activities for the next mass drug administration campaigns (MDA3) in the 4 targeted provinces (Hoa Binh, Phu Tho, Thanh Hoa, and Nghe An).
