Supplier to Provide 3 Trucks

TERM OF REFERENCE – 3 TRUCKS AVAILABLE IN March 2019

INTRODUCTION

SOCODEVI is a non-government, non-profit organization was established by Canadian cooperatives in 1985 with the mission to support the development of international co-operative movement for a better world. SOCODEVI has implemented the first project in Vietnam from 2001 with many kinds of activities such as technical support, capacity building and financial support for a number of co-operatives.

The Vietnam Cooperative Enterprise Development (VCED) project is a project of SOCODEVI to support of cooperatives since 2015 and is working on 4 commodities in 5 provinces: pomelo in Ben Tre, table grape in Ninh Thuan, dragon fruit in Binh Thuan, dairy milk in Soc Trang and Lam Dong.

REQUIREMENTS

VCED project is seeking for supplier to provide 3 trucks with loading capacities 1,5 tons, 2,5 tons and 3,5 tons to transport of fruits in provinces. The truck is designed haft inox in frame - container and canvas conver.

Purpose:

These trucks will be used for fruits transportation:

  • 1 Truck 1.5 tons for transportation of grape in Ninh Thuan
  • 1 Truck 2.5 tons for transportation of dragon fruit in Binh Thuan
  • 1 Truck 3.5 tons for transportation of pomelo in Ben Tre

Requirement:

The bidding documents should be inclusive:

  • The capacity introduction of the supplier
  • Quotation of Hyundai, Hino, Isuzu, ect.... for each of loading capacity and delivered in 3 provinces mentioned above.
  • All technical information about each truck, warranty information, maintenance and/or promotion packages as well as term of payment, ect...

Time:
• Time:

  • Mar 20 - 22: collecting of the bidding documents
  • Mar 25: sign the contract
  • Apr 01: received of the truck in provinces.

Please kindly help to send the bidding documents in sealed envelope to our office at the SOCODEVI office – 3rd, 45 Dinh Tien Hoang, Ben Nghe ward, dist 1, HCMC before Mar 23, 2019.
