Resource Management Specialist candidates for M&E Project

Chemonics International, a leading international development consulting firm, seeks Recruitment/Resource Management Specialist candidates for an anticipated USAID-funded Regional Development Mission for Asia (RDMA) Technical and Support Services for Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Knowledge Management Services in Asia IDIQ. The $50 million, five-year single award IDIQ will strengthen USAID Forward Initiatives related to monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems in the Asia region and enhance the M&E capacity of local/regional entities in order to improve management, accountability and the use of empirical evidence for programming, learning and adapting. The project will be based in Bangkok, Thailand and provide technical and advisory services throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining an extensive database of international, regional and national experts, individuals and organizations, that can be mined for TOs
  • Establishing protocols with a variety of mechanisms so that solicitations can be quickly placed as needs arise
  • Actively recruit qualified personnel and national/regional organizations on a regular basis
  • Efficiently and effectively managing the screening and selection processes of the experts for each TOs
  • Assisting the IDIQ Manager to implement the Local/Regional M&E Capacity Strengthening activities.

Qualifications:

  • Have at least five years of experience in staff/consultant recruitment and management, preferably in the international development field
  • Hold a bachelor’s or a higher degree in a business administration or other related fields
  • Have excellent English writing and speaking skills (S4 AND R/4 levels at the least)
  • Have intermediate/advanced skills to operate a range of office computer software such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point Presentation, as well as web-based communication tools
  • Being a native of one of the Southeast Asian countries where USAID/RDMA works is preferred
  • Ability and familiarity with statistical software and/or qualitative data analysis software is a plus
