Researchers for End-Line Project Evaluation

Marie Stopes International Vietnam (MSIVN) is a non - profit social enterprise with a focus on social and financial sustainability. MSIVN is looking to recruit a researchers group with working experience in HIV VCT and harm reduction intervention to undertake the end line project evaluation that was described in attached scope of work.
