Founded in 1942, Oxfam Great Britain made its first grant in Vietnam in 1955, and is now a leading global development, humanitarian and campaigning organization. Oxfam GB's programmes in Vietnam range across sectors including rural livelihoods and infrastructure, basic education, disaster management, and national level social and economic policy change.
Oxfam GB is a member of Oxfam International.
Oxfam GB in Vietnam has agreed with a leading multinational company to explore the working conditions in its operations and wider supply chain in Vietnam, taking into account international and national labour standards. The study will be undertaken between May and September and the findings will be published in an Oxfam report by the end of this year.

Oxfam GB is looking to recruit 3 to 4 researchers to form a multidisciplinary  team with experience of both business and social development issues to undertake the study.
