UNDP is seeking a Senior Researcher (international or national) working with a team leader and a national field researcher to conduct a gender analysis for the UN-REDD Programme. The gender analysis will include a review of the outcomes of Phase 1 from a gender perspective, and identify gender issues in land/forest management and gender power dynamics in social, economic and political spheres that might reinforce and/or result in unequal status, opportunities, benefits and risks faced by women and men in Lam Dong Province.
