Vietnam Assistance for the Handicapped (VNAH), implementer of USAID funded DIRECT project, invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations to deliver prosthetic and orthotic devices (artificial limbs, braces etc.) for people with disabilities in Tay Ninh, Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc provinces.
