Request for Proposal: Research Agency to Conduct Malaria Endline Survey 2019

PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified research agency company to conduct the Malaria endline survey for GEMS project. Please refer to attached file for the details and pay attention to the following

• Properly signed and stamped your quotation & technical proposal
• Submit Financial proposal (quotation) and Technical proposal in 2 separated and sealed envelop with title “SVC19-20 Malaria Endline Survey 2019”
• Send your technical proposal & quotation separately via one of the followings:
  
  • Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 11st Floor, VinaFor Building, 127 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
  • Send it via post to the above-mentioned address

Note: We will evaluate your technical proposal based on following criteria:

• Quality of proposed plan and methodology
• Organization profile and Proposed personnel and management approach
• Timeline
• Working Partnership

The deadline for submitting question, clarification is 16:00 October 16, 2019. All questions must be sent to email address [email protected] and [email protected]. PSI’s clarification will be shared to all.

The deadline for submitting technical proposal & financial proposal is 17:00 October 21, 2019. Proposals which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered.
