Request for Expressions of Interest - Enhancing Capacity in Low Emissions Development Data Needs Assessment in Vietnam

Looking for qualified firms to submit expressions of interest (EOI) for the following activity. Soliciting subcontracting services from a firm with technical experts in the collection and management of climate change inventory development, economics, investment, and low emission development data in Vietnam. It must provide country experts knowledgeable of greenhouse gas emissions, climate change policy, and proposed mitigation/climate resilience actions proposed by the Government of Vietnam.  

Interested parties should send an email to [email protected]. Deadline for submission of EOIs is February 20, 2012 at 5:00pm, Eastern Standard Time. Organizations submitting EOIs will be sent a Request for Proposal.  The deadline for submission of proposals will be February 27, 2012 at 5:00pm, Eastern Standard Time.
