Expressions of interest
The Government of Vietnam has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the “Capacity Building for Strengthening the Regulatory Framework for the Management of Investment” Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services. The services include project-end auditing in order to have a “true and fair” view of financial performance and financial position of the project and to ensure that the funds have been used properly for the purpose for which they are intended and accounted for, in accordance with the World Bank procedures. As the project is now getting closer to its end in September 2012, the audit service is expected to start in second quarter of 2012. 

The Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (current edition).
