We are looking for committed, result-driven candidate for the position of Project Admin Officer (USAID BCA), based in Lam Dong, Viet Nam.

Major Functions:

Project Admin Officer reports to Lam Dong Provincial Coordinator and he/she supports the daily coordination of all BCA activities implemented in the target areas of Lam Dong and Cat Tien National Park. The role works in close cooperation with the Lam Dong project office, Provincial Project Management Unit (PPMU) as well as Cat Tien National Park (NP), implementing partners and other relevant stakeholders.

Under the supervision of Lam Dong provincial coordinator, the Project Admin is responsible for providing assistance in various administrative aspects as well as partly provide technical support to the project team in Lam Dong province and Cat Tien National Park to ensure the compliance with operations systems, policies and procedures of WWF-Viet Nam, as well as USAID donor. In addition to daily routine, he/she is also tasked to assist the staff of Lam Dong project in those interpretation and translation related assignments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, social sciences, business administration, business management or in relevant fields;
  • 3-5 years of experience as a project admin./assistance;
  • Experience working in international organizations  and in working or liaison with GO and NGO bodies is an advantage;
