Major Duties: Under the overall guidance of the Chief of Mission IOM Viet Nam and the direct supervision of the Head of Office (HoO) in HCMC, the incumbent will be responsible and accountable for providing assistance in the implementation and monitoring of IOM operational activities at the Mission.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

This position will assist program officers and coordinators in coordinating on-going activities of all local and international mission activities and programs within Vietnam. The Programs Intern is responsible for activities pertaining to the operations, logistics of planning and executing the missions conducted in the country include all pre-post, before, during, after and follow ups.  The position requires frequent travel within Vietnam.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:

The Administration officer’s overall responsibility is to support the appropriate and professional implementation of APHEDA office. In particular the admin officer will be responsible for specific aspects of administration, office filing, internet networking and assisting the Administration Coordinator , PO’s and Country Manager as per the duties outlined below.
