JOB DESCRIPTION

Helen Keller International (HKI) is an international non-governmental organization. Its mission is to save the sight and lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged by combating the causes and consequences of blindness and malnutrition. We do this by establishing programs based on evidence and research in eye health and nutrition. We are currently seeking a potential candidate to fill the position of an Administrative/ Finance Intern.

NATURE OF WORK:

The Full Time Admin/Finance Intern will perform a supportive role in covering admin/finance needs of the office.

DGRV – the German Cooperative and Raiffeisen Confederation is the national apex organization and top-level auditing confederation of the cooperative sector in Germany. Since more than 30 years, DGRV is involved in international development cooperation aiming on the sustainable development of the cooperative sector worldwide. In Vietnam, DGRV supports the transformation and development of the cooperative sector by providing cooperative expertise, long and short-term consultancy, as well as tailor-made solutions for international development projects.

In the framework of FLOW/EOWE project in Vietnam, SNV in cooperation with Vietnam Women’s Union will organize a national platform on “Women’s Economic Empowerment in Agriculture to promote gender equality”. The Platform brings together different actors working on women’s economic empowerment from the Government, Embassies, International Organizations, Women’s Union, Women’s Business Associations, local partners, and female entrepreneurs, etc. to dialogue around women’s barriers to economic development.
