Position Requirements

Essential or Preferable

Education
  • Master’s Degree in Social Science, Sociology, or other relevant discipline

Essential
  • PHD Degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, or other relevant degree

Preferred

Knowledge/Skills
  • Strong analytical & critical thinking skills
  • Ability to coordinate and network effectively
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team setting depending upon the task
  • Able to take direction
  • Demonstrated management, organizational, and administrative skills
  • Sound knowledge about social work, gender equity, violence against women and girls, human trafficking, sexual abuse, etc.
  • Experienced leader
  • Excellent Microsoft Word/Excel skill
  • Fluent in written/spoken English and Vietnamese
