Part-time Cleaner

We are looking for a Vietnamese national for:

1. Key responsibilities:

Provide a high-quality cleaning service that includes tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying bins, and polishing surfaces.

  • Make sure the drinking cups are cleaned in a daily manner
  • Clean up 02 refrigerators in the pantry at the end of each working week
  • Cleaning 02 microwaves daily
  • Responsible for floor care, performing various surface tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets of all meeting rooms, directors’ offices and staff working places
  • Responsible for the maintenance of tables, chairs, and counters, carrying out tasks such as dusting, spraying, and cleaning
  • Responsible for removing trash, keeping fresh environment in working space, meeting rooms, reception and pantry areas
  • Responsible for cleaning of doors and windows in conference rooms, management offices, etc.
  • Responsible for daily cleaning and sanitizing all surface and furniture in the working space, meeting rooms, reception and pantry areas as needed
  • Support to purchase office supplies and manage the stock of kitchen supplies as needed
  • Support arrangement of meeting rooms and logistics preparation for meetings and event as requried
  • Support the receiptionist tasks as required
  • Other tasks as assigned

2. Specification

  • Previous experience of cleaning, including the use of chemicals and using cleaning machinery safely
  • Demonstrated reliability
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactivity and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and the ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and maintain schedule while responding to incidents
