Operations Manager

Position Title: Operations Manager

Location: Hanoi

Period of Assignment: December 2017 to December 2018 (plus possible 3 year extension)

Background: CowaterSogena is recruiting a dynamic and motivated individual for an Operations Manager role that will oversee Finance, Human Resource, Administrative, Procurement and Logistics functions in support of a socio-economic development initiative in Vietnam. The Aus4Equality Program, funded by DFAT, aims to increase women's economic participation and decision-making through improved access to markets and more effective engagement in the agriculture and tourism value chains in ethnic minority regions of North-West Vietnam.

Statement of Duty: The Operations Manager will have oversight of all operations functions of the Program and will work closely with the Program Team Leader, Program Deputy Team Leader, and CowaterSogema's Contractor Representative in Vietnam to ensure that the Program is implemented with strong financial, governance, and administrative principles.

The Operations Manager will manage the performance of all Program staff operating within the Operations Unit of the Program, and will support the annual planning process and preparation of program reports.
