1. Procuring entity: The management board of the project "A safe quality learning environment for ethnic minority children" in Dien Bien Dong district.

2. Title: Building and upgrading 03 project schools Pa Vat pre-school, Phi Nhu pre-school and Chua Ta primary school in Dien Bien Dong district, as follows:

1. Construction package of components in Pa Vat pre-school (the design has been made in Bureau of Education and Training of Dien Bien Dong district);
2. Construction package of components in Phi Nhu pre-school (the design has been made in Bureau of Education and Training of Dien Bien Dong district);
3. Construction package of components in Chua Ta primary school (the design has been made in Bureau of Education and Training of Dien Bien Dong district).

3. Funding source: The grand from Save the Children International in Vietnam

4. Forms of selection of contractor: Open tender to each package above.

5. Requirements for tender documents: Bidders will be provided the design in Bureau of Education and Training of Dien Bien Dong district and should prepare the following documents:

• Qualification documents of bidders include:
  
  • Copy of business registration;
  • Tax Code, tax statements for the past 3 years;
  • Balance confirmation of bank account for the nearest 3 months;
  • List of similar works which the bidder have constructed).

• Tender application

• Quantities and detailed pricing plan based on the dissection of the design of construction works

• Construction plans and solutions (personnel, machinery, time, labor safety ...)

• Tender guarantee: minimum 5,000,000 VND (for construction package with value over 300,000,000 VND).

6. Address for submission: the management board of the project " A safe quality learning environment for ethnic minority children " (Bureau of Education and Training in Dien Bien Dong district) - No. 6 population group, Dien Bien Dong town, Dien Bien Dong district, Dien Bien province.

7. Deadline for submission: 15 November 2016 17:00 by the postmark (not receipt via e-mail), tender documents must be sealed before sent out. Invalid documents will not be considered and returned.
