UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified National Institutional Consultancy Service to support the organization of the initiative to promote sustainable poverty reduction through community-owned economic development (Ref. 2-170903).

The objectives of this service are to:

  • To provide technical assistance and organization support to Bac Kan and Dak Nong province in carrying out “Initiatives to promote sustainable poverty reduction through community-owned economic development” by attracting, connecting, strengthening and acknowledging the contributions and cooperation among Public (NTP-SPR/NTP-NRD implementing agencies in localities, public banks) and Private (the community of enterprises, mass organizations and NGOs, etc.) in supporting the development and replication of sustainable poverty reduction initiatives through community’s economic development, particularly ethnic minorities; 
  • To identify the problems (as well as good solutions) the EM women groups face in the pilot activities for better tailoring the NTPs’ support as well as support from other GOVN programs/policies to meet the problems and needs the EM women groups and making necessary policy adjustments and scaling up the good solutions.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
