National Expert on Public Administration Reform

The Project “Supporting the Implementation of Public Administration Reform Projects in Bac Giang, Can Tho, Da Nang and Ha Tinh” funded by UNDP and international donors through One United Nations Plan (called Public Administration Reform Project- Ministry of Home Affairs) support the implementation of public administration reform projects in Bac Giang, Can Tho, Da nang and Ha Tinh.

According to the Annual Work Plan 2013-2014 approved by UNDP and MOHA, the PMU MOHA PAR Project will recruit a national expert on PAR to assist the PMU review and edit key achievements gained by the UNDP-MOHA PAR project period 2009-2013, namely: : PAR index of Da Nang city, pilot assessment of civil servants’ work performance, measuring citizens’ satisfaction level on public  service delivery in Da Nang, as well as achievements gained by 4 local projects in 2014 (Bac Giang, Da Nang, Can Tho and Ha Tinh) (3 outputs  expected). Based on these results, the expert will propose advantages and obstacles, condition and the opportunities for scaling up  these outputs to other localities nation wide.

Work duration: 45 days starting mid April 2014.

Work locations: in Hanoi and other locations, as required by project.
