National Consultants Supporting Ha Tinh PAR Project

Implementation of the project for “Strengthening the impact of Public Administration Reform in Ha Tinh province” was assigned by Vietnam Government to Ha Tinh PPC at Letter No.1531/TTg-QHQT dated September 25, 2012. The project is funded by UNDP and other donors through One UN Fund.

The project aims at following objectives (i) the quality and performance of civil servants and public employees in Ha Tinh province fundamentally improved; and (ii) the quality of delivery of public administrative services to the people and organizations through OSS/IAOSS mechanism fundamentally improved.

In accordance with Annual Work Plan 2013 approved by UNDP and Ha Tinh Provincial People’s Committe, Ha Tinh PAR PMU plans to recruit national consultants for the package: Consultants to review similar OSS/IAOSS software applications developed by central agencies and localities and to provide proposals for new OSS/IAOSS software development.

Work location: in Ha Tinh city and other locations required by Project Manager and National Project Director.

Application Documents: Letter of interest and Curriculum vitiate in Vietnamese and English, relevant degrees and certificates, similar consulting contracts (if any).
