National Consultants for PAR Project in Bac Giang Province

People’s Committee of Bac Giang province is assigned by the Government of Vietnam to implement a project for “Strengthening the impact of public administration reform in Bac Giang province” in. Document No. 1531/TTg-QHQT signed on 25 September 2012.

The project is funded by UNDP and other donors through One UN Fund.

The project aims at improving the quality and performance of civil servants and public employees in Bac Giang province and improving the quality of delivery of public administrative services to the people and organizations through OSS/IAOSS mechanism.

In accordance with Annual Work Plan 2012-2013 approved by UNDP and People’s Committee of Bac Giang Province, the Project will support Bac Giang Department of Home Affairs (DOHA) in hiring these following positions:
-  A group of 02 national consultants to support PAR Project in Bac Giang province to develop baseline report on the management and use of civil servants, structure of civil servants and working positions;
- A group of 03 national consultants to support Bac Giang province to evaluate the application of Information Technology in management of civil servants and public employees  in Bac Giang province;
- A group of 02 national consultants to support PAR Project in Bac Giang province to evaluate the performance of the Request receiving and result returning Section operated by OSS/IAOSS mechanism at district and commune levels; review the similar software designed other localities.

Duty station: in Bac Giang province and other locations required by Project Manager and National Project Director.
