National Consultants to Develop a Communication Plan for PRPP and NTP-SPR

The Project “Support to the implementation of the Resolution 80/NQ-CP on directions of sustainable poverty reduction (2011-2020) and the National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction (2012-2016)" (PRPP). The Project is supported by UNDP with cost-sharing from Irish Aid is to provide technical assistance for Ministry of Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) and other related agencies at central and local level.

Decision 1489/QD-TTg dated 10/8/2012 on approving National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction 2012-2015 acknowledges the importance of communication capacity building for poverty reduction staffs at all levels to provide all sectors and communities with better understanding about the approaches in sustainable poverty reduction. Based on the aforementioned requirements, the PRPP acknowledges the necessity to develop a detailed communication plan for PRPP Project, including a communication plan for NTP-SPR, to outline the next steps that PR CO and PRPP should take to disseminate the information about the Project’s/NTP-SPR’s activities and results to government officials and beneficiaries for their better understanding of NTP-SPR implementation methods, expected outputs and the changes it makes Based on these requirements, PRPP Project needs to recruit a communication consultant to develop a detailed communication plan for PRPP and NTP-SPR.

Therefore, PRPP Project needs to recruit 01 consultant group (02 national consultants including 01 team leader and 01 team member) to fulfil this assignment.
