The project “Support in the design of Public – Private agricultural risk management system in Vietnam” (Agro-insurance project) is sponsored by Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) with the purpose of strengthening capacities for risk management in agriculture through agricultural insurance, contributing to the development of public-private agricultural insurance in Vietnam.

The Institute of Policy and Strategy for Agriculture and Rural development (IPSARD) is assigned as an implementation agency for the Agro-insurance project with a Project Management Unit (PMU) based in the Institute. In order to deploy the activities of the project, PMU is looking for 03 experienced and qualified Vietnamese consultant to carry out the following tasks:

(1) Proposal about a Public Unit responsible for agro-insurance;

(2) Legal proposal to design a public-private agro-insurance system;

(3) Draft an insurance proposal for coffee production
