A National Consultant/s

The Flemish Association for Development Cooperation and Technical Assistance (VVOB) is a non-profit organization that by order of the Flemish and the Belgian government contributes to the improvement of the quality of education in developing countries. The cooperation between VVOB and Vietnam started in 1992. 18 years later VVOB has outgrown its substitution and project phases, with a programme concentrating on the sectors of basic education and agricultural extension.

VVOB is looking for a national consultant/s for the development of a training manual for school managers/trainers in ICT for Educational Management.

The consultancy aims to produce a training manual that will be used for 2-day training workshop on the ICT tools that educational managers should know related to their everyday
educational management activities.The target group for the training manual consists of educational managers at provincial, district levels and school managers in lower secondary education, who will later use the manual in their multiplication trainings to school managers in their respective provinces. The manual is also meant to be used as a self-study package for potential school managers.

– A detailed CV in Vietnamese and English (if possible), including 3 reference persons with contact details, to the email address [email protected]
– A list of at least 3 specific ICT tools to be used in educational management with clear indication of its use.
