UN Women is seeking for a National Consultant [as the team leader] to conduct assessment on barriers for accessing to loans from the Bank for Social Policy by women living with and affected by HIV in seven northern provinces of Viet Nam, to lead and conduct an assessment on barriers for accessing to loans from the Bank for Social Policy and to other social services by women living with and affected by HIV in seven northern provinces.
