National Consultant on Empowerment of Ethnic Minority Women in Viet Nam

UN Women Viet Nam Office is looking for a qualified national consultant who will work closely with responsible partners of UN Women on the empowerment of ethnic minority women through the review and development of policies on gender equality and ethnic minority affairs.

Interested applicants must submit the following document/information (in PDF format) to demonstrate their qualifications

Technical component:

• Letter of interest clearly stating relevant experience and qualifications against required qualifications as stated in Section 8 above;
• Signed Curriculum Vitae with contact details of 3 clients for whom you have rendered a preferably similar service who can be contacted for reference;
• A written document/paper/analysis on ethnic minority women and girl issues/gender responsive ethnic minority policies and programmes.

Financial proposal (with your signature)

• The financial proposal shall specify a total lump sum amount in VND including consultancy fees and all associated costs i.e. airfares, travel costs, meal, accommodation, tax, insurance, etc.
• Please note that the cost of preparing a proposal and of negotiating a contract, including any related travel, is not reimbursable as a direct cost of the assignment.
• If quoted in other currency, prices shall be converted to VND at UN Exchange Rate at the submission deadline.
• The financial proposal MUST be submitted in separated document with technical proposal.
