National Consultant for Documentation, Modelization and Systematization of Project Intervention Models (re-advertised)

Since starting their activities in Vietnam in 1996, Caritas Switzerland has been committed to improving the livelihoods of poor marginalised people. The commitment has increasingly focused on ethnic minority communities who live in remote areas and have benefited least from national economic growth. Its Country Programme in Vietnam has recently focused on Human Rights and Social Justice, Climate Change Adaptation, Disaster Risk Reduction and Humanitarian Aid, Making Markets Work for the Poor (M4P).

Caritas Switzerland is seeking a qualified consultant for documentation, modelization and systematization of project intervention models of the Quan Ba Integrated Community Development Project in Ha Giang Province and the Rehabilitation and Disaster Risk Reduction after Typhoon Ketsana Project in Quang Binh Province. Please see the TORs for further details.
