National Consultant to Conduct the Assessment of Disaster Response System of Vietnam Red Cross at all Levels

In the framework of the project named Enhanced capacity of the Vietnam Red Cross at all levels in disaster risk management, first aid and healthcare in emergency situations that will safeguard lives, property, health and livelihoods of vulnerable people in targeted locations' funded by the U.S Agency for International Development (USAID), the Vietnam Red Cross Society is looking for the national consultant to conduct the assessment of disaster response system of Vietnam Red Cross at all levels.

Deadline for application submission is not later than 28 April 2016.
