National Consultant to Assess the Implementation of the Current Programme Cooperation Agreement and Provide Recommendations for Potential Cooperation with UNICEF on Child Protection

UNICEF Viet Nam is looking for an individual national consultant to assess the implementation of the Programme Cooperation Agreement (PCA) between Thao Dan and UNICEF for 2010-2011 and to identify areas for potential cooperation with UNICEF on child protection. Please see the attached Terms of Reference for more information.

Interested candidates are kindly requested to submit the following information:
- Letter of interest
- Technical proposal
- Sample of evaluation or assessment report preferable if relating to child protection
- Proposed budget and fees
- CV/P-11 form ( UN Personal History Form )
