National and Regional Consultants on Export Potential Assessment

The program of “Increasing the Export Competitiveness of Vietnamese SMEs through Decentralized Trade Support Services” sponsored by the government of Switzerland and implemented by Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade) is seeking 09 Regional Consultant for 03 (three) sectors of Agriculture, Industry, and Service in 03 (three) regions of the North, the Central, and the South as follows:

1. Regional Consultant on Export Potential Assessment in Agricultural sector (03): TOR in English; TOR in Vietnamese

2. Regional Consultant on Export Potential Assessment in Industry sector (03): TOR in English; TOR in Vietnamese

3. Regional Consultant on Export Potential Assessment in SERVICE sector (03): TOR in English; TOR in Vietnamese

Three National consultants are those from Hanoi, who will be the senior ones in each three mentioned sector, will be closely working together with the corresponding Regional Consultants, who are from the regions.
