FHI 360 Vietnam delivers holistic solutions to the country’s and region’s health and development challenges by applying global and local expertise to strengthen local institutions.

FHI 360 is an international, non-governmental organization that works with the Vietnam Ministry of Health and other national bodies, as well as provincial and district-level health services, to promote the health and wellbeing of the Vietnamese people, particularly vulnerable and marginalized populations. FHI 360 is implementing programs with government and private sector partners that address HIV prevention, care & treatment; clinical research; maternal and child health and nutrition; diagnostics; and laboratory services.

The Sustainable HIV Response from Technical Assistance (SHIFT) project is funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) from 2016-2021 to help national and local authorities achieve HIV epidemic control and transition a locally sustainable HIV response. We are currently seeking an experienced local national communications consultant to support the USAID SHIFT project from July – September 2018 with an estimated level of effort of 73 days. The detailed scope of work is attached for reference. The consultant would be assigned to FHI 360’s Ho Chi Minh City office.
