Local Consultant to Develop the Technical Economic Norm for the Rehabilitation Services

Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped/VNAH (www.vnah-hev.org), a U.S based NGO, is implementing the “Disability Rights Enforcement, Coordination and Therapies” project funded by USAID. Within this project, VNAH, in coordination with Medical Service Administration (MSA) - MOH, is seeking a local consultant to develop the technical economic norm for the existing rehabilitation services.
