International Consultant for Project Midterm Review

Plan International in Vietnam seeks 1 qualified international consultant for mid term review (MTR) for a 3 year project 2012-2015 “Empowerment of Adolescent girls and young women to escape from commercial sex industry in Hanoi-Vietnam”.

The review will serve to learn and collect tangible evidence on project progress when developing pilot community based integration model for female sex workers in Hanoi and assisting legal development framework. The review will also provide vital information on the project’s current and future approach as well as practical interventions to sex work issues. Lessons and achievements from review will be effective not only from a knowledge management perspective but also for mobilization and advocacy. In a forward-looking perspective the review will also contribute to the ongoing efforts of Plan Vietnam in conjunction with UN agencies and other INGOs to advance the implementation of the National Program for Prevention and Control of Prostitution 2011- 2015.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with Plan consultancy and procurement policies. Terms of Reference for the MTR is attached for further reference.
