International Consultant (POPs/Chemicals)

UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified International Consultant (POPs/Chemicals).

The objective of this assignment is to prepare a proposal for GEF Full Size Projects on POPs focusing on NIP update, development of national capacity for environmentally sound management of POPs for Vietnam. The completed proposal should be consistent with the government’s overall POP programme framework, agreed by key partners and are eligible for funding.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
