International Consultant Needed for Planning Mission of Market Access for Rural Poor program (MARP)

The Swiss Cooperation Office for Vietnam (SCO) is the representative of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). It is responsible for the coordination of Swiss Development Cooperation of the Swiss Government in Vietnam.

They are now seeking a high qualified team consisting of one international consultant and one national consultant to carry out a planning mission for our new intervention in the Rural Livelihood and Natural Resource Management portfolio. The new program is called Market Access for Rural Poor. The mission is planned to take place in Hanoi in May 2012. However, as this is a rather short notice, they are open for discussion about the time of the mission, which can be one month later than planned. The draft TOR can be found in the attachment.
