International Consultant Needed for an Organisational Assessment and Project Planning Mission (Re-announcement)

The Swiss Cooperation Office for Vietnam (SCO) is the representative of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). It is responsible for the coordination of Swiss Development Cooperation of the Swiss Government in Vietnam.

We are now seeking a high qualified international consultant living in Vietnam to carry out an organisational assessment and project planning for our new intervention to support the Institute for Studies of Society, Economy and Environment (iSEE). The mission is planned to take place in Hanoi in Oct-Nov 2012. The draft TOR can be found in the attachment.
Closing date for submission is the end of 30 September 2012.
