International Consultant to Conduct the Research on Role of Social Organizations and Individuals in Monitoring Law Implementation

UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified international consultant to conduct the Research on Role of Social Organizations and Individuals in Monitoring Law Implementation.

The objectives of this assignment are:
- To assess the role of social organizations and individuals in monitoring law implementation from 3 countries to be recommended by the international expert having regards to the relevant political, socio-economic context with Viet Nam; and
- To suggest possible mechanism for greater participation of social organizations and individuals or an appropriate coordination mechanism between social organizations and individuals and state agencies in Viet Nam in monitoring law implementation and law enforcement.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
